Supporting Young Children and Families in Missouri

Recognized as one of Missouri’s most influential organizations supporting young children and families, the Missouri Head Start State Collaboration Office (MHSCO) is dedicated to advancing the quality of child development, care, and learning.

In the 38 years that I have been involved with early childhood care and education, MHSCO has always been a leader and champion for high quality programming that is responsive to the needs of children and families."
